In this article, I want to talk to you about the anatomy of a CEO RANI. You know, the deal. How to be top in business or first when they think of trademarks. Do you want this game? Let’s break the acronym down to find the hidden formula.

CEO stands for chief executive officer. However, for CEO RANI it stands for Compassion, Education, and Opportunities for others to shine.

In your business, you are not just going to feel entitled to people’s money or their paper. You are going to do the work that also allows people to want to invest in your business.

You are going to let others shine by educating them on what you know. When you educate people, you find they are more amenable to what you offer or say because they already believe in the information that they got after they were exposed to your signature CEO RANI anatomy.

Compassion

So we’re going to have compassion in our business BECAUSE we will not treat people badly because they don’t buy from us. We’re going to treat them well regardless of whether they pay a million dollars or $0.

Because what matters is that you want people that listen to you, love you, and believe in your BUSINESS EXCELLENCE. And if you can get to a point where having an understanding and patient heart in business is as important to you like it is to me, then you are doing a great job.

What’s important is that you are important to other people too. They will therefore see all your value and what you have because you’re compassionate and you care about them. You do not only pay lip service because you also ask them what they’re doing on a consistent basis.

When I did my batch recording for my social media for two months worth of content, I opened up my LIVE zoom link to anybody who wanted to stop by and just tell me their issues. It was free, and I had somebody come and join who just wanted to thank me for creating a space for them to speak with me and be a part of the free resources I shared.

So I’m telling you this because you can also do it with your business. It doesn’t require a lot. All you got to do is care about people. You can’t just care about the money. Money is great, helping people is better because when you help them, they will want to work with you. So, the first thing to do as a CEO RANI is to develop compassion.

Education

We have to educate people on what we know. You can’t just assume that people are going to know how critical and useful you are for their businesses. You got to tell them by showing them what you know in a free master class or posting new products in an engaging way constantly. I offer my masterclasses for 100% free because I know there will be some who just needed the information and they listen and go do the work to build what we talked about. Then, their people who will see that free class as their wake-up call and will finally invest in my business. If you are providing these events for free, please make the content useful and fun.

That’s how I start most of my content. I want you to access business tools for a very long time or at least for a period in which it would be critical for you to build and shape your business.

Of course, we’re going to talk a little about why everything that I’m doing matters to me so that I can help you. And I cannot best help you until I know what your issues are. I will learn what your issues are when we talk. So, let’s talk further. Let’s get to know each other further as we go.

That’s what education is all about: making people feel like they can talk to you about their issues. Because you show them that you know what you’re talking about and after you do that, you must have opportunities for others to shine too.

Opportunity

You all know that I want to win. I want you to win too. And I go about doing that by creating things that can help you win. I create opportunities for others to shine.

And that means that I’ll bring someone on my podcast or to talk to my safe space for minority women interested in law group of 350 plus women: a group that I created because I was tired of groups that did not make it easy for me to access people, talk about my issues and work on myself.

That’s important in this business period. If you’re not doing that, and you need help, let us know. In order to make your business more well known, you must continually meet new people (strangers) and cultivate a useful and professional relationship in the areas of the industry you aim to go into.

If you understand and remember that at the end of every single day, you will do well and your business will do even better. But just don’t. Don’t give up. Always grow your business and remember the opportunities or things that I mentioned about shining.

I am starting this Collabs x Speaker Series that highlights black women. It’s called the Black Women Mean Business summit. It may become minority women mean business, but I like the black woman business summit because it allows me to highlight black women.

So, I want you to connect on very many assets and facets of who I am and what my brand stands for. I also want you to meet other women that do this. I’m not the only one that wants to see you shine too. And how I can do that right is if I make it a big deal for you. Remember your big deal becomes my big deal.

My next opportunity for others to shine in Collabs x Signature Event is called the Trademark That Thursdays summit. It’s about breaking diversity barriers in the trademark lawyer field. It’s for lawyers that want to get into the trademark industry. So, it involves two areas i.e. the black ownership of the business in which I want to help you with tools.

The other one has increased exposure to black and minority intellectual property lawyers. Here, I want to help you get to the same field because few people in law school encouraged me, and the professors that taught the business organizations classes were not black. They neither told me that the trademark field was lucrative work.

However, that is where the money is, and that is where I want you to be. So, if that’s something you want to do, I have a Trademark That Thursday’s Accelerator Course. I want you to tune to the Trademark That Thursday’s summit and find out that there are more women out there.

There are lots of content you’re going to access for free. We will feature it on different websites and in the news. We will create all of that and put it out there for you.

I’m only doing that because I love you and I know that you have so much to give. You have so many things in you and I cannot wait to see you flourish.

The anatomy of CEO RANI is that you already are one if you believe and can implement some points I have talked about in this article.
